A run of green velvet channel-back banquettes under warm table lamps in a panelled dining room
Booths and banquettes

Booths and banquettes, made to the drawing.

Every run is drawn before it is cut: the shape to the plan, the height to the table, the cover to your finish schedule.

Configurations

Five shapes, each drawn to your plan.

The plan decides the shape. We build to the wall, the column and the sightline you actually have.

  • Straight

A single run along a wall, cut to the length the plan calls for. The most seats for the least floor.

  • Curved

Swept to your radius for corners, rounds and bar returns. The frame is built on the arc, so the channels hold their line.

  • L-shaped

Two legs at ninety degrees. Wraps a corner and seats it, with the joint hidden in the upholstery.

  • U-shaped

Three sides around one table, for parties that want to face each other.

  • Serpentine and specialty

Serpentine runs, rounds, split levels and the odd wall. Built from your sketch.

Back styles

Four backs, sewn in the atelier.

Diamond tufted

The classic diamond, drawn deep so every fold holds its shape.

An ivory leather square-tufted booth back

Square tufted

A square grid with a tuft at every corner, drawn deep so each square holds its line.

Materials

Your fabric or ours.

  • Commercial vinyl

The dining-room default. Wipes down nightly and holds its color under the lights.

  • Velvet

For lounges and bars where the light is low and the hand matters. Cut with the nap running one way.

  • Leather

Full-grain hides, cut around the natural marks.

  • COM and COL

Send your own material. We confirm the yardage before you place the mill order.

Materials are specified to the fire standard the project requires. Samples on request.

Questions

Before you write.

We reply within one business day. Or call (727) 935-1364.

Can you quote from photographs?

Usually. Send photographs of the room or an inspiration image with rough measurements and we can quote most pieces from that. Shop drawings follow once the design is agreed.

Do you accept my own fabric or leather?

Yes. Send your COM or COL and we confirm the yardage on the drawings before you place the mill order. The house library is there if you would rather choose from samples.

Do you work with designers and contractors?

Much of our work comes through interior designers, architects, general contractors and developers, built to their drawings and their finish schedules.

How long does a commission take?

It depends on the materials and the scope. The lead time is confirmed on your shop drawings, and rush schedules are possible on some pieces if you ask early.

Where do you deliver and install?

Anywhere in the United States. The atelier is in Clearwater, Florida, and we coordinate freight, delivery and white-glove installation from there.

Do you reupholster existing booths?

Yes. If the frame is sound we recover it in the material you choose, staged so the room stays open. Photographs and rough dimensions are enough to tell you whether it is the right call.

Send the plan. We will draw the booth.
